Cost is $35 per person inclusive and includes one complimentary glass of house wine

 Choice of Entrees:

Filet of Beef

Filet Mignon grilled to perfection and topped with a merchand div in sauce

Or

Grouper, Provencal Style

Grouper filet grilled and topped with a tomato, nicoise black olives, garlic and herb sauce 

Appetizer:  Fettuccine with Spinach Butter Cream Sauce

Fresh fettuccine tossed with tender baby spinach & topped with a butter cream sauce with a hint of nutmeg

Salad:  Grilled Shrimp & Tomato Salad

Marinated home-grown Baldwin County tomatoes, topped with Dijon grilled shrimp and served with toast points

Dessert:  Crème Brulee

Crème Brulee topped with a fresh strawberry sauce

Seating times will be 6:00 and 8:30  

Reservations will be limited to the first 100 guests
