Victor and Holly LeJeune

126 Hope Drive

October, 2005

The home of Victor and Hollie LeJeune is a lovely green ranch home and invites you to enter through a "courtyard" of perennials and annuals with a flagstone walk, that only adds interest.  The LeJeune's have a wonderful collection of Nandinas and ferns scattered throughout the landscape.  In some ways there is a "country garden" feeling as you walk through, noticing the lilies, Hollie's favorite and  Fatsia, a lovely Dogwood and Crepe Myrtles, all laced with annuals and perennials for color and variety.  They have placed several wheelbarrows filled with flowers for interest.  Along the side of the yard they have added a collection of Satsuma Trees and an Orange Tree.  Victor and Hollie have been residents of Lake Forest since 1995 but moved to 126 Hope a year ago. The front yard was just pine straw before they reworked  from lawn to a welcoming entrance to their home.  The Garden Club is delighted to have them as Yard of the Month for October and encourage you to stop by to be encouraged to try some new landscaping, some new plants and get some wonderful results.  Thank you again Vic and Hollie for making Lake Forest a lovely place to live.
