Team
captains must submit a roster and a schedule of play to the Lake Forest
tennis professional before the first match of the season.
The
schedule of play must indicate the name and phone number of the captain,
dates and times of the matches, the location of each match and the Lake
Forest team members who will be playing in each match
The
schedule of play must provide for all players on the team to participate
in a reasonably equal number of matches.
A
player may, by his or her own choice, ask to be replaced in a match by
another player by contacting the captain in advance of the scheduled
match. The captain does not have to substitute another date for
the player.
Each
player must be given a copy of the schedule of play by the first match
of the season.
The
schedule of play for each team will be posted on the bulletin board at
the Lake Forest tennis pro shop.
Should
any player feel that he or she is not receiving a fair share of playing
time, the player may file a complaint with the Lake Forest tennis
professional and the Lake Forest Tennis Association Board of Directors. |
