The Daphne High School Baseball Booster Club is holding its First Annual Fall Golf Tournament on Sunday, November 5, 2006 at Lake Forest County Club.   There will be a 12:30 shotgun start.   The cost per player is $65.00 or $250.00 per team.   You can be a Gold Sponsor for $350.00 which includes 4 players and a Tee Sign; a Purple Sponsor for $500.00 which includes 4 players, Corporate Banner and a Tee Sign.  There will be prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive Hole and a variety of door prizes.   Dinner will be provided following the tournament to all players.    If you are interested in playing or sponsoring this event, please contact Karen Peacock at peacock@daphnebaseball.com or 626-1284.  Registration forms may be downloaded at www.daphnebaseball.com
