The Mixed Doubles Friday Night Social was a terrific success tonight.  There were thirty-one men and women playing tennis and celebrating a birthday all evening.  The event started at seven o'clock and everyone started eating cake at around nine-thirty.  All had a great time and our tennis pro, Michael Albrecht put together some great matches.  The players all contributed five dollars that will be used for improvements that were made last year.  In fact, those improvements are almost paid for and Michael is dreaming up some great new ideas for the Lake Forest Tennis Association to implement next.

The birthday boy was Gene Guy who turned the big six-oh today.  Happy Birthday, Gene!!!
