Member of Board of Directors Resigns

Today, Board member, Bob Underwood, submitted his resignation to Board President Mitch Davis effective immediately.  Bob wrote that due to the demands of his business, he was unable to direct as much attention as he would have liked to his responsibilies in Lake Forest.   He noted that he always wanted to give 100% to his efforts for Lake Forest and he has just been unable to do that in recent months.  We wish Bob well and thank him for all his efforts.
