Goals Advertised by the Slate of Five

1.                 Provide accountability for each of your dollars spent in Lake Forest.

2.                 Encourage open communication between all resident’s and the Board.

3.                 Protect and maintain our amenities.

4.                 Focus on improved property value in each decision we make.

5.                 Create a strong board that will reach out to partner with city gov’t on improvement projects.

6.                 Architecturally landscape the entire Ridgewood loop, making it more appealing for all residents and prospective home buyers.  Improved landscaping and lighting and an occasional park bench will benefit all.

7.                 Architecturally design and landscape improvements at each of our four entrances. This plan will include lighting, landscaping and sidewalks at each entrance welcoming all into a more rejuvenated Lake Forest.

8.                 If possible clear some of the brush on unusable land along Ridgewood Drive and replace with a boardwalk and bench overlooking the stream that would be aesthetically pleasing and relaxing for all passers by.

9.                 Build a fitness/picnic area in the community that could be used by families, teens and children alike.

10.              Finally, we wish to bring all resident’s together to work on the common cause of improving OUR Lake Forest.
